Overview
Our refund and returns policy for research peptides lasts 30 days. Beyond 30 days from your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your research peptide must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Any opened or used product cannot be returned due to the nature of research peptides, which must adhere to strict sterility standards and laboratory regulations. Any product that is damaged or tampered with will not be issued a refund.
Required for Return
A receipt or proof of purchase is necessary to complete your return.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges of the same item, send us an email at info@adonisresearchoutlet.com and send your item to:

Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to the address provided above. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
